Why subscribe?

In January of the year 2020, I was convicted to start making prayer a priority, so I set out to do something I had never done before… journal my prayers.  Little did I know that God was preparing me for the toughest journey of my entrepreneurial career.  My businesses were already hurting, but two months after starting the journal, I would find myself face-to-face with a pandemic that would change the course of my business(es) forever.

Today, I’ve been convicted again. To publish the journey.  To share the pages from my journal.  To show that God’s will is better than my (and your) own. To show what happens when you completely surrender EVERYTHING. To show that God DOES answer prayer and that when he doesn’t, there is always a reason why or his answer may be “not yet.”

If you subscribe to my blog, you’ll see the hand-written pages. You’ll see my heart and my most vulnerable moments… the blessings, my struggle, the storms, and the pleading and petitioning I had with Jesus. Ultimately, you’ll witness a story of complete surrender and the fruit that comes from the vine of Jesus.

My prayer is that this blog and the gradual publication of my prayer journal will deliver hope. Hope that no matter what you are facing, you can always count on Jesus… in good times and in bad.

Romans 8:28  And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
